Now that winter is around the corner, craving for hot soups and food is growing, and in Japan hot pot are a common dish for this season. Sukiyaki is a hot pot style dish, that consists of thin slices of meat dipped in a soy based boiling soup at the center of the table. There are several kinds of hot pots like sukyaki, but different soup based, like shabu shabu.
Sukiyaki has a more rich flavour as it is soy soup, and also dipped int raw egg, delicious.
Beef or pork meat, plus vegetables are cooked on the same pot and same time.
